The Frame is made of ash and plywood. The lower hull is Hypalon and top fabric is  Seamark. Each hull has two inflatable sponsons for added safety.

The Ute was designed as a highly portable lightweight kayak that would meet our standards for reliability and ruggedness. The Ute is best suited for people under 5’10” and less than 200lbs (1.778 metes, 90 kg).
